This case study is
presented as report of collaborative effort by the team. The team
includes: student’s parents, the student, the classroom teacher, the special
education teacher, school principal, educational supplies technical expert and
a licensed clinical psychologist. Therefore, in some parts of the paper it
should be indicated that some assessment require specialized training (ex. to do
psychological assessments), administrative position (to allocate funds to
purchase and repair AT), or personal knowledge (ex. home behaviour) and therefore
are to be assigned to that specific member of the team.
