This assignment will be a genre analysis report of a discourse community. The community I have chosen is the vegan community. Describes and explains variance in examples of the genre
Provides evidence with specific quotes, summaries, and/or paraphrases from the secondary research stage (sources about your community/genre and its uses in a specific context).
Includes “lead in,” “signal” or “framing” language before source information that makes it clear which ideas are yours
Provides APA in-text citations for evidence and examples that are used.
Includes some paragraphs that are linked together with transitions.
Uses double-spaced, 12-point font, 1-inch margins formatting
Includes APA Reference list at the end of the document citing all resources mentioned in the report (which should include your 3 secondary sources and your 3 genre samples)
