Thesis: Caeser, in the movie Rise of the Planet of the Apes, is an independent practical reasoner.
STEP ONE: Using the first 80 pages of DRA, take a position on this thesis. Use two qquotes from the book. Define key terms, state your reasons for your position—for or against—and give examples with time stamps from the movie.
Note Well: you cannot answer this question without some quotes/discussion of DRA pp 63-83 in relation to earlier parts of the book and earlier concepts.
Format: 800 words (no less than 750, no more than 850). Thesis driven. All papers should have an introduction and conclusion. No bibliography needed—does not count toward word count.

4. Do not use the word “there” unless specifying a place. (There is a reason for not using “there” except to refer to place. The reason for not using there is that, otherwise, the subject/agent of the sentence is hidden and wordiness reigns.)
5. Do not use “it is,” “it is the case,” “there are,” etc.
6. Cut all adverbs, all words ending in “ly.”
7. Never use words or phrases like these since they are meaningless. (When in doubt, cut it out!)
