MGMT 530: Project Case Document Directions
Each team is comprised of people randomly selected by the professor (teams usually are roughly equal in size, but some teams may have more or less due to students’ action, such as dropping the class). All people in each group must participate in writing the book. The teams project case book is made up of your “Idea” for a mobile software app (the app can perform almost any type of function; very few limitations). However, you must send the project name for approval to the professor sometime by the end of the first week of class.
Your final project is presented in a Project Case Book of (15 – 20 Pages) for the professor to review. It must have: An agile project management overview (see document), agile project charter, user stories and estimates, scheduling and management of all required tasks, and agile closing documents. This project will be done with a variety of software and tools. Instruction documents will be provided as needed for key deliverables.
