You
are to provide an ethical and legal analysis of PAS in a 7–9-minute
presentation (see rubric). Keep in mind that PAS is not a “case” as in the
ethical issue paper. You are to analyze the positions of those for and
against PAS.
Develop
a PowerPoint presentation that follows best practices for slide
development and addresses the components of the assignment (see
rubric).
4.     The class readings may support this
assignment, but you should also read and integrate a minimum of three (3)
peer-reviewed scholarly references no more than five years old. The maximum
number of references is six (6)

If cited in the narration,
the Butts and Rich textbook will count as one reference. It is not an edited
book, so reference it correctly. No other textbook can be referenced in the presentation.
b.    
You
cannot use web references, Wikipedia, or other references like newspaper
articles, blogs, or lay journals. You may use .gov websites for background
information, but these will not be included in the three peer-reviewed
references
