12. A Comprehensive summary slide and a Reference slide (at least three references)
Reflect upon each chapter(a slide) and report on ONE thing from each chapter you have been or will implement into your lifestyle (1 slide). The emphasis in your plan should be a representation of what actions you are taking for your future wellness; how you will care for your unique temple, including what new goals you set for yourself, etc.
Make a presentation using one of the technology tools below or one of your own choosing.
Include a slide for each of the 11 actions listed above and a brief summary reflection of each of the 10-chapters (total of 24 slides). You may combine these if you can get all the information required for each topic and chapter reflections (14 slides). This would be a total of 14 slides.
OR
2. If you prefer to discuss your actions (11 topics) and ten (10) chapter summaries independently, plus your Introduction slide, comprehensive slide and a slide of 3 references, this will be a total of 24 slides.
Included in these total slides will contain an Introduction as your first slide. At the end of your slide presentation you will need a Comprehensive Summary slide and a Reference Slide (of 3 or more references used).
