The Wellness Life plan is a personalized approach to the material covered in the course. It is a summary of all the material in the course and specific plans to maintain healthy habits for life. It summarizes your personal strengths and weaknesses. This should also indicate your plans for future health-related behavior choices. You will reflect on actions implemented during this course OR actions you are continuing to make OR actions you are going to take after this course is finished.

Chapter 1 – Your mission-statement
Chapter 2 – Body image and eating disorders
Chapter 3 – Weight management
Chapter 4 – Cardiorespiratory FITT=Include all 4 parts of your FITT: Frequency, Intensity for the lower bpm and upper bpm in which to work your heart in safe ways, Time in minutes, Types of fun ways to keep your temple on the move.
Heart Prevention
Chapter 5 – Strength Training FITT= (Include all 4 parts of your FITT for Strength=Frequency; Intensity in sets, reps, and amount of weight used is using weight; Time in minutes; Types=one for each=lower, core, and upper body.
Chapter 6 – Flexibility FITT=(Include all 4 parts of your FITT=Frequency; Intensity in sets and reps to the point of mild discomfort-no pain – from 0 to 10 scale; Time to hold a stretch for your age; Types=1. Which type/s of the three types of stretching and the names of at least 3 stretches you are using.
Chapter 7 – Nutritional Wellness
Chapter 8 – Emotional Health and Wellness
Chapter 9 – Sleep Habits
Chapter 10 – Personal Relationships
12. A Comprehensive summary slide and a Reference slide (at least three references)
Reflect upon each chapter(a slide) and report on ONE thing from each chapter you have been or will implement into your lifestyle (1 slide). The emphasis in your plan should be a representation of what actions you are taking for your future wellness; how you will care for your unique temple, including what new goals you set for yourself, etc.
Make a presentation using one of the technology tools below or one of your own choosing.
Include a slide for each of the 11 actions listed above and a brief summary reflection of each of the 10-chapters (total of 24 slides). You may combine these if you can get all the information required for each topic and chapter reflections (14 slides). This would be a total of 14 slides.
OR
2. If you prefer to discuss your actions (11 topics) and ten (10) chapter summaries independently, plus your Introduction slide, comprehensive slide and a slide of 3 references, this will be a total of 24 slides.
Included in these total slides will contain an Introduction as your first slide. At the end of your slide presentation you will need a Comprehensive Summary slide and a Reference Slide (of 3 or more references used).
