The question for this essay is “With respect to an BlackBerry Identify a major problem it currently faces with respect to leadership. Apply relevant theories and ideas that you have learnt from a leadership perspective on the course to diagnose the problem and provide possible solutions”
The essay is
due by 7am  on Friday 3rd
May 2024. The assignment must not be more than     2000 words (excluding
references) and must be submitted online
via Moodle. Work must be typed and
contain an accurate word count.
A successful
essay is one that uses both theory and evidence to answer, directly, the set
question. This requires that you read widely, not just the core and recommended
texts for the chosen assignment topic. Students are directed to look at the
advice in the student handbook, and to ensure that they follow the Harvard
system for referencing and bibliography. The course team will employ all
resources at their disposal to detect plagiarism.
Students who cheat in this way will be subject to a range of penalties.
I had a powerpoint presentation before this as a starting point for this question and an essay is required now to build up the points and analyse even further. I have attached the module slides to help you out. I have also attached a powerpoint to show how the essay should be.  Please see all of this as it will help the essay massively.
I have attached the powerpoint presenation as well in regards to this question. Use this powerpoint to build up points and use more examples as well

short introduction (Vol. 237). Oxford University Press.

possibilities. Palgrave Macmillan.
Jackson B. and Parry K. (2011). A very
short, fairly interesting and reasonably cheap book about studying leadership,

Theory and practice. Sage publications.

When writing the essay please make sure you read all these bullet points below as it will reflect the quality of it.
•Ensure that you engage with academic
readings around leadership theory(ies) and not general websites, tutor to you
etc (you will lose marks for doing so)
•Ensure that you provide your own
narratives of the case study and understanding the theory
•Ensure that you avoid description of the
case study and focus on its analysis
•Ensure that you analyse theory
(leadership) and avoid the general description of the theory
