The purpose of this assignment is to show your ability to translate the medical sociology literature you reviewed to a new audience. Because of this, you need to ensure that the relationship between your project and the sources you reviewed is clear. If you chose a written medium such as an op-ed or magazine article this should be fairly straightforward- in that you can cite your sources or provide links within the text letting your reader know where the information is coming from. I understand that for certain mediums (such as visual art pieces) describing how you drew on the sources within the project can feel clunky and distracting. If this is the case for your medium please just write out how the literature you reviewed informed your project in a separate document and submit it to Canvas.
Your submission will be graded based on the following three categories:
Ability to convey results from your review of the medical sociology literature (10 Points)
Relationship between medium, content, and audience (5 Points)
Mastery of medium/creativity (5 Points)
I also added a file which is the summary of the previous assignment for this project and which you will need to relate to.
