For this Assignment, you will continue to build and strengthen your scholarly writing skills. You will use what you learned about the MEAL plan strategy in this module’s Learning Resources to analyze and evaluate the same writing samples presented in the practice activity at the start of this module as well as several additional samples.
As you review the samples, once again think about whether the writer achieved synthesis, effective organization of information and ideas, effective introduction of multiple subtopics, analysis of evidence from sources, scholarly tone, clarity, and explanation of logic.

Evaluate the scholarly writing samples in the document provided. As you conduct your evaluation:
Identify passages that exhibit effective scholarly writing and include comments explaining what makes the passages effective.
Identify passages of ineffective scholarly writing. Use Track Changes to suggest appropriate revisions and add comments to provide feedback and encouragement for improving the writing.
