The paper is fine. I will add the resources, but am posting for reference. I need to create two surveys or questionnaires and send them to my classmates who will participate to test at least 5 participants each to test whether people only use 10% of their brains. I also need help creating the survey and will pay for this! The sources have been provided already and I am attaching what I have so far from the professor.
I will be able to get participants and provide you with this information to move forward with the assignment.

For your measures, consider how you will administer the test. You can set up the question on a website like SurveyMonkey. Or, you can send it to them via classroom messages or email.
If you are using both a pretest and a posttest, you’ll want a good system for recording responses.
You will want a plan for how you’ll have your participants read the material that is the focus of the study. Do you want to send it to your participants by message or email and have them send a response when they have read it? Do you want to wait until all participants have completed the pretest (if you are using one) and then post the material in the discussion boards and they can reply when they have completed it?

It is a good idea to get your Excel spreadsheet set up now so you can record the data in the right place as you get it.
