The second assignment for the Term Project is to write about your country’s inbound tourism. The paper aims to (a) analyze tourism statistics and trends, (b) identify the significance of tourism in the country, and (c) understand the administration of tourism. The paper must be well-structured, typed, and double-spaced, with page numbers inserted, using 12 font sizes with one-inch margins. The report should be an essay style.
Each student is required to provide the following information:
Tourism statistics and trends (8 points): international tourist arrivals, tourism receipts, travel patterns, and significant inbound markets
The significance of tourism in the country (8 points): the role of tourism in cultural exchange, environmental conservation, or national economy indicated by direct tourism GDP
The administration of tourism (8 points): the national tourism organization or authority responsible for tourism marketing and management
A bibliography in the APA formatting style. You also need to cite references in the text. Use of journal articles, news articles, books, and authentic sources (3 points)
Grammar, spelling, and overall writing, format, flow, introduction, and conclusion (3 points)
The paper should
Contain a title page with the student’s name and the title of the assignment, followed by a 2-page report (4 pages in length at the higher end) and a reference page.
Contain all the headings in boldface, as noted above, to separate each section. You may also add other headings where appropriate, but failure to include the headings mentioned above will result in points being deducted.
Cite all information, data, or statistics from all sources referenced in the text. Include in-text citations and a list of references. Use at least three sources (Wikipedia may be a good starting point, but it cannot be one of your three sources).
APA style is recommended, but if you are more comfortable with another style, feel free to use that.
