THE CASE IS McCulloch v. Maryland
For this week’s discussion, I want each of you to pick a case discussed in this chapter. Each student must choose a different case. Once you pick one post yours on the discussion forum called Module 13 Discussion “Topic Only” forum. If someone else has already posted the case you want, you have to find a different one. If you don’t post your case on the discussion forum and it is a repeat, you will not get credit for it. Review the case and then do some research on that case.
First, Either make a video explaining the case in detail or design a PowerPoint presentation that discusses it in detail. Use outside sources and give a detailed account of what happened.
Second, Post the link or upload the video or upload the PowerPoint in this discussion forum (this is not the one where you give the topic).
The video can be made by using the Canvas video feature, by using a YouTube Channel, or any other resource you have. It just has to be something that can be uploaded here that myself and others can view. The PowerPoint should be more than simply black and white slides.
Knowing cases will help you in whatever part of criminal justice you decide to enter.
Remember that after you post your response to respond to the answers of at least two of your classmates.
Remember to support your answer with cited sources. If you make the video put your sources in the textbox where you upload it. If you use a PowerPoint, you can either put them in the textbox or on the final slide.
