The Case & Capstone Project assignments are related. The Capstone Project assignment actually builds on the Case assignment.
For the Capstone Project, you will prepare a 9-12 page paper in which you address the following:
-Prepare a description of how you would implement your health education program
-Describe how you would monitor progress of implementation
-Discuss how your plan for evaluating the efficacy of the program. Be certain to tell me what instruments you would use to evaluate the program, and describe
what process you would use for collecting/analyzing the research.
-Discuss what you would do with the results of the evaluation
-Prepare a working budget for your program
-Consider sources of financial support that you can use to fund your program
-Discuss the type and nature of human resources you would need for your program
-Discuss any partnerships that would be integral to the success of your program
-Describe your role in helping to serve as a consultant to individuals/organizations attempting to offer health education/health promotion programming in your
topic area
-Examine ways in which you can communicate the efficacy of your health education/health promotion program
-Postulate ways in which you can advocate for reform in the area of your health education/health promotion program
