The annotated bibliography you are being asked to write now will be based on research into material dealing with the same ideas you wrote about in your essay on “Julius Caesar.” For example: suppose that in your “Julius Caesar” paper you wrote about Act 1, Scene, 1, and argued that Stuart Burge’s 1970 film version of the play best expresses what you think Shakespeare intended to reveal in the scene with respect to character and/or theme.

In your evaluation paragraph, express your own view of the material you have just summarized. For example, which of the author’s ideas do you agree with and why? Which points do you disagree with and why? In the main, do you agree or disagree with the author’s ideas?
With regard to specific sources: chapters of published books, film reviews from established newspapers, and academic essays published in respected periodicals and journals, are all acceptable. On the other hand, online sources may be used only with my approval, as many of these sources are not reliable.
In terms of length, your annotated bibliography should be abut 900 words.
