Part 1 – Executive Summary of Presentation
Assume that you were invited to present, live, the slides in the Benchmark – Final Presentation assignment. The CEO was unable to attend your presentation but has asked you to provide a professionally formatted executive summary of your presentation. Include the following in your response:

Part 2 – Executive Summary of MEGA Team Experience
Effective leadership is complex and context driven:
Complexity – In business, leaders must operate in very dynamic and ambiguous environments and are expected to set and achieve goals while competing against well capitalized, smart, worthy competitors. We do this by identifying, developing, and deploying the capabilities that provide our organization with a sustainable competitive advantage. Expect your competitors to be doing likewise.
Context – Business leaders also have the responsibility to both understand and influence the context within which they operate. They establish values, define mission, and aspire to build an organization that might be capable of reaching its vision. They endeavor to understand their impact on all of their stakeholders, and they are expected to govern their organizations within this context.
Strategy – As both an art and a science, strategy attempts to consider a wide range of needs. Transformational leaders have a deep appreciation of the interrelatedness of the strategic decisions they make and their influence on stakeholders.
In the MEGA simulation, as a member of your corporate leadership team, you had to deal with complexity and ambiguity in pursuit of a winning performance. You also had the opportunity to establish your values and set your mission and your vision and to govern your actions.
Reflect on the totality of your MEGA experience and in a separate one-page, single-spaced executive summary format, respond to the following prompts:
Reflect on your team’s interaction as leaders of your organization throughout the simulation’ considering the 10 characteristics of servant leadership, which are listening, empathy, healing, awareness, persuasion, conceptualization, foresight, stewardship, commitment to the growth of people, and building community. How did your individual participation contribute in any of the elements given? Please be specific.
Did your MEGA team develop a competitive advantage in the simulation? If so, how did you manifest the context (values, vision, mission) in your leadership interaction within your team? If not, how might you change to contribute, as a leader, more meaningfully?
As an entry-level professional employee in the role of a strategic analyst, how specifically might you encourage a company to endorse and exemplify tenets of the Christian worldview (CWV) in the workplace? Propose and defend at least one significant leadership initiative.
