In Part 2, you will write a post to briefly introduce the main religions and their impacts on food on Korean Culture and Cuisine. This assignment does not require you to conduct a comprehensive examination of every religion in the culture (you need several books or more to accomplish this). Instead, you might want to have an overview of religions, followed by a discussion of each major religion, such as its beliefs and concepts. You also need to investigate the beliefs and rationales for religious dietary practices and laws to understand the reasons for nutritional and dietary customs in a religion. Evaluate the dietary practices, restrictions, and laws in each major religion under discussion. Your writing should end with a synthesis of the impacts of religion on food choices and diets.
