Typewritten, double spaced. Minimum of 1,800 words required, but longer papers are encouraged.
Student should utilize at least 5 different reference sources. The class textbook should be utilized as one of your references.
The paper will use the following REQUIRED format:
Title Page (On its own page, does not count toward total words)
Introduction Section (States the main theme of your paper).
Research Section (This represents the main body of the paper. It will explore your main paper topics/questions and provide examples. Each new topic should be addressed in a new paragraph.)
Summary section (This section will summarize the main points presented in your paper and summarize how your paper supported your main theme.)
References (Separate page and not part of the word count. Do not list references not utilized and footnoted in the body of the literature review.)
Paper should include section headings for each new section.
Note: A significant part of your grade for this assignment will be properly documenting references and footnotes in APA format (see grading rubric). All references utilized must be documented. Each reference documented must also have at least one footnote in the paper body so the reader knows where you utilized input from this reference.
