Differential Impacts, Alternatives, Examples and Additional Perspective(s).
Student review should include the following:
1. Identification of ethical issues presented by a business situation and define the ethical issue you
have selected and its relevance to HRM
2. Data collection methods and analysis in your review (will be described in article(s)
3. Explain the differential impacts of a business situation on various stakeholders and provide an
explanation of how the issue has developed or changed over time;
4. Generate alternatives to address the ethical issues in the business situation and recommend
and defend their approach to the situation;
5. Give examples of cases involving this ethical issue and back up your opinion/solution with
ethical concepts you’ve learned in the course;
6. Provide an explanation of at least one additional perspective on the issue.
7. This analysis should be formatted according to the 6th ed. (APA) formatting, 12 point font and
double spaced. Make sure to include a title page, abstract and reference sheet. A copy of the
APA Template will be available in BS. Cite references as needed at least 4-5 pages not
