Given your change management plan, what are the unintended, negative consequences that might occur?
How could these consequences be prevented or mitigated?
What other change management approaches could you have used to translate the brilliant practice elsewhere within the same organisation for the benefit of others, and why?
What unintended, negative consequences might occur if you used this alternative approach?
How could these consequences be prevented or mitigated?
As you answer these questions, draw on relevant scholarly literature to substantiate your responses.
Step 3: Deepen your reflection with these additional questions
To promote deeper thinking and critical reflection, you might find value in considering and crafting responses to some of the following questions, which you can then integrate into your core reflection:
