applications of statistical tools and interpretation of statistical relationships in the context of
your theory. You will be evaluated based on how well you incorporate these components into
your project.
The main text portion of the paper (i.e., without title page, tables and figures, and references)
should be 10-15 pages typed, double-spaced.
Make sure every direct quote is appropriately cited. Make sure acknowledgment to another
author is given when an idea is not your own.
Technical specifications and style
The text muat be double-spaced with 1-inch margins, 12-point Times Roman font, 10-point
font page numbers centered at the bottom of each page except the first, and single-spaced
footnotes in 10-point Times Roman font.
Each paper must include well-formatted and clear tables of the summary statistics and results.
All tables must include a number (e.g., Table 1), a title, notes if needed, and the number of
observations being considered. Include all tables at the end of the paper, with each table on its
own page.
The final draft must have a title page with an abstract, three or four keywords, three or four
Journal of Economic Literature classification codes. Grammar and presentation style will
affect your grade.”
