I need a literature review of this book.
After reading, student will compose a 2-3
page reflection that characterizes what the student learned from the book, how they will use what they learned
as they approach their future career, and how the book may have changed some of their perceptions about the
healthcare industry. Students will complete one journal club during the term.
The reflection must have the following section headers and should be two to three pages double space in
length.
I. Introduction
Provide a brief summary of the book and a summary of the key items that you learned while reading the book.
II. Application to Healthcare
Relate a theme or facts in the book to (1) at least one topic we cover during the course (e.g., vulnerable
populations, health insurance, health professions, health financing, etc.) and (2) link the book and course topic
to a current event in healthcare (Covid-19, HIV/AIDS research, CMS regulations, health care legislation, etc.).

Discuss how the book has impacted you, influenced or changed your thinking on your intended or potential
career path, and how you might be able to use the knowledge you have gained going forward.
