Project Scenario Selection
Use the current case study or a project relevant to your industry or field. I want you to use a project or study in the cosmetic industry (skincare). For example scenario/ project could be: The project focuses on launching a new line of organic cosmetics
targeting environmentally conscious consumers in the beauty industry.The scenario should possess enough complexity to allow a detailed exploration of the project’s components.
Infographic Content
Project Description construct a concise overview of the project, ensuring alignment with hypothetical organizational strategic objectives.
Goals Represent both the short-term and long-term goals of the project. Use icons or symbols to differentiate between them.
Key Deliverables highlight at least three primary deliverables for the project. Use visual symbols or brief charts to represent each.
Validation Techniques represent the processes or techniques used to validate that each deliverable meets the required standards.
Risk Management use icons or symbols for at least three potential risks.
Cohesiveness
Use consistent color schemes, typography, and visual style.
While it’s essential to be comprehensive, aim for brevity and simplicity. The primary goal is to represent complex information visually without overwhelming the viewer.
Where necessary, use minimal text to provide context or explanations.
Reflection (separate from the infographic)
After creating your infographic, write a brief 500-word reflection on the process.
Discuss challenges faced while distilling information into visual form, insights gained from the exercise, and how effective you believe your infographic would be in a real-world scenario.
Submit your infographic (in a suitable image or PDF format) and your written reflection in Word.
