Read the attached article and answer the questions based on the reading ONLY.
Answer each question as its own paragraph. Questions are as follows:
1. One principle of public administration you think is most important and use it to support the argument that public law is the “under-appreciated cement” that makes government effective.
2. Select one principle of the entrepreneurial management paradigm and use it to argue that the federal government must follow that paradigm in order to be successful.
3. Conclude with an opinion–do you believe that the principles of entrepreneurial management erode the principals of public administration?
Must have the following:
– The essay has coherent organization characterized by: an introductory paragraph that briefly and clearly orients the reader to the topic and purpose of the essay; transitional paragraphs; and a closing paragraph that summarizes the essay.
– The essay refers to information from the reading to effectively illustrate and support the statements and positions taken throughout the essay.
– ONLY USE THE READING TO ANSWER THE QUESTIONS. DO NOT USE OUTSIDE SOURCES OR KNOWLEDGE TO ANSWER THE QUESTION.
– You must make direct references to the reading (which does not mean quoting the author) in the essay to support your argument. Exam graders may deduct points if a student has not made at least one direct reference to the author(s) or the article itself. Identify the author by name, not as “the author said…”
– Each paragraph to have the relevant question rephrased pertaining to that paragraph. Open paragraph with the rephrased question.
