Research Question: What is the influence of time spent asleep and sleep quality on cognitive performance among adults?
Hypothesis: Adults who manage to take a sleep of at least seven to eight hours of high quality are more likely able to perform well in cognitive assessments such as remembering what was previously learned or solving problems compared to those who sleep for less than seven hours or have sleeping difficulties.
