Math Games assignment
For this assignment, you will decide on 2 fun and creative math activities that you could do with 3 and 4 year old children.
• One math activity needs to involve classification. (Read in your textbook about this concept.)
• One math activity needs to involve ordering (seriation). (Read in your textbook about this concept.)
You will complete a typed lesson plan on each activity using the templates below. Make sure you use the correct template for each activity.

You will need to do ONE of the activities with a young child between 3 and 4 years of age. These activities are not appropriate for children younger than 3 years. You will need to upload a video of you playing the game with the child. You do not have to show the child’s face. If you do not know of a child, you can arrange to do the activity at LA Delta Children’s Center on the Monroe Campus. (You must arrange this right away as it will not be done at the last minute.)
