Review the University Hooding Ceremony case study and example Project Scope Statement draft in terms of risk management.
University Hooding Ceremony
The hooding ceremony at ABC University is held once a year. There are quite a few tasks involved to ensure the experience is both memorable and pleasurable for the graduates and their friends and families. During last year’s ceremony, the keynote speaker had problems finding the auditorium where the ceremony was held, which delayed the start by one hour. There have also been issues during past ceremonies with limited seating, bathroom access, audio system failure, and rowdy, disruptive behavior from some family members.
You have finished the first Project Scope Statement draft and are ready to start brainstorming potential risks associated with this project.
Note; also explain if these risks can be avoided, mitigated, transferred, or shared and accepted.
