For this assignment, you’re going to watch Martin Haggar’s presentation on personal control beliefs in sport psychology. After you watch the video, you will then reflect on his video and how personal control beliefs including self efficacy, self regulation, goal setting, and managing emotions comes into play in athletic success, and discuss this in a short video of your own.
