Reaction Paper Assignment (Draft/Final)
For this assignment, you will prepare a reaction paper. This assignment will consist of the following steps:

Step 2: Summarize key points in your own words. This is the prewriting phase. This information will be incorporated into your paper.
How do you feel about what the authors said?
Do you agree or disagree with the author?
Have you had any applicable experience or can write about the experience of someone else that is relevant?
Have you found research findings or statistics that support or refute what the authors said in the article?
Does the evidence in the article support the statements the writer made?
Step 3: Organize the information in the prewriting phase using the 5 paragraph format:
Include an APA Title Page. Your title page must include your name, affiliation, name of course, and name of assignment.
Introduction with a thesis. Your introduction should include a concise, one-sentence, thesis. This statement provides focus to your paper and clearly states the purpose of your paper or the main idea of your paper.  Click on the link below for more information on how to write a thesis statement
The body of your reaction paper must :
Contain 3 paragraphs that provide support for your thesis. Each paragraph must contain one idea.
Each idea must be supported by evidence. This evidence can be additional journal articles from which you obtain statistics, etc., that you find and cite in APA style. It is fine to state your opinion, but your opinion must be informative.
The final sentence of each paragraph should lead into the next paragraph. Create transition language.
Conclusion. Paragraphs summarize your argument and the why of your position, refer back to the thesis, close the argument, and suggest ideas for research.
