Based on previous reading assignments, analyze the information you have collected in the past four weeks.
Document your assessment findings using the 5.2 Data Analysis Collection Tool file.
Write a synopsis of the statistics and your analysis, with support from the following:
a minimum of five current scholarly sources,
information communicated to you from your at-risk population.
Your completed data analysis should:
Include an analysis of the information gleaned from your at-risk population. This needs specific information regarding your community and at-risk population.
Consist of a description, in your own words with statistical validation, one strength and one weakness from the following subsystems comparing your findings to state and national statistics: Demographics, Physical Environment, Economics, Transportation and Safety, Health and Social Services, Education, Politics and Government, and Economics.
Not to exceed five data collection tool pages of content, double-spaced. This is not counting the reference page.
Include three nursing diagnoses that must be explicitly written for the at-risk population of choice and specific to three weaknesses in your analysis.
Include nursing diagnoses in the correct format and complete nursing diagnostic statements.
