Dissemination evidence-based practice project proposal strategies that will be to first provide the most effective ways to communicate the purpose of the proposal, in which I would then send out details by use of emails, social media, websites, host conferences, traditional media such as pamphlets, flyers, and postcards. This process will provide the purpose of the outreach, the audience for the outreach, the message, or messages to be shared, the methods for sharing the messages, the timing for the outreach, and the process for evaluating the success of the dissemination effort (Conley et al., 2021). The main goal and objective would be to identify and connect with stakeholders that will be a part of the decision-making process and agree as well as approve my proposal. According to Ashcraft et al., the aim is to spread knowledge and the associated evidence-based interventions on a wide scale within the practice settings, social or other networks of end-users, patients, and health care providers (2020). The stakeholders that would need to be involved are both internal and external, which would include nurses that work on the inpatient units, hospital leaders from the inpatient units, nurse managers, physicians, patients, public individuals within the community, and other professional members and leaders within hospital that provide services and advocate for patients.
