I can see that I will likely use quantitative research for my project as it deals mostly with numerical data and outcomes. The framework I will be using is the Organizational Readiness for Change Assessment Tool which is used by my agency to collect data concerning certain populations and concentrations in areas By using a properly orchestrated change assessment model, an organization can evaluate its readiness for change and give insight into possible problems. This gives nursing the opportunity to participate in things like staff education, improving communication and sharing decision-making and policy information. Unlike individual development, there is sparse information and study on organizational development and fewer theories on the subject. A lot of the work is done through individual members who have a common goal of change for the organization(Weiner pg 6)
