More than 150 musculoskeletal system disorders (MSDs) impact people’s locomotion systems (Mitova et al., 2020). They range from sudden injuries and are only temporary, such as fractures and sprains, to long-term conditions that cause impairment and functional limits. Mitova et al. (2020) argue that muscles, ligaments, tendons, blood vessels, among others, are all affected by MSDs. Musculoskeletal diseases in humans are believed to develop due to being exposed to heavy things or adopting the same movement for an extended period. Pain, movement limitations, and general level of functioning are all common symptoms MSDs (Mitova et al., 2020). Normally, prevention management of MSDs is done by surgical assistance but regular exercise and is also crucial.
Obesity and inactivity are both connected to metabolic dysfunction, and it is still tied to an issue known as insulin resistance. It usually happens when the body’s metabolism breaks down, resulting in either far too much and very little of the critical components needed to keep healthy (Quinten et al., 2018). In most cases, due to a spike in blood sugar levels, metabolic dysfunctions can lead to cardiac problems and type II diabetes. There are usually no physical symptoms right away, but metabolic dysfunction is linked to several medical issues that develop over time. In this case, an increase in blood sugar levels is a sign of diabetes (Quinten et al., 2018). Excessive body weight gain and inactivity are also linked to it.
Multiple health dysfunction is when a severely unwell patient’s organ function is disrupted, necessitating medical intervention to restore homeostasis (Quinten et al., 2018). Infection, damage, and hyper-metabolism can contribute to the syndrome. According to Quinten et al. (2018), sepsis is the leading cause of multiple health problems. Common symptoms include a changed patient’s mental condition and respiratory deterioration. Antimicrobial therapy or surgery are the most prevalent treatments for this illness. On the other hand, maintaining a healthy weight through physical activity and a healthy diet consumption can help to prevent Metabolic Dysfunction.
