Instructions: You will write a 3-4-page paper on organizational culture and leadership based on the results of your Organizational Culture Self-Assessment8.1 “What is the organizational culture at my current employer?” and research that you conduct.
This is not an opinion paper; it should be based on your self-assessment results and research on management.
3-4 pages plus title page and References page; DO NOT write more than 4 pages!
