Slide 2: Presentation context
Compose a context for the training you develop. Your presentation context slide must include the following: 
Work setting: Briefly describe the work setting you prepared the training for.
Employees: Briefly describe the employees you will present to (e.g., fifth-grade teachers, probation officers, company vice presidents, call center employees, BCaBA therapists, hospital nurses, etc.).
Type of training: Briefly describe the primary focus areas for the global or cultural awareness training (e.g., gender, age, religion/spirituality, socioeconomic status, geographic location, ability/disability, ethnicity or culture, sexual orientation, language, etc.)
Document the need for this type of training with at least one scholarly source published in the last 10 years.
Slide 3: Presentation title slide
Create the presentation title slide. This slide would be the first slide of your presentation if you were presenting it as a part of an official training. Your presentation title slide must include the following:

Slides 6-21: Present the content
These will be the content slides for your presentation. Determine what content is relevant based on the organizational needs, training focus areas, and training goals. Be sure to include scholarly citations in the correct APA Style format. Your training must minimally include the following:
Overview: Compose an overview of the key issues employees in their positions need to be aware of regarding global or cultural awareness. The overview should be directly related to the training topic.
Icebreaker: Describe an icebreaker activity for participants in the training. Use no more than one slide to describe the activity. Use the speaker notes to include your script for presenting the activity to the participants.
Information about the groups or types of diversity to be addressed in the training: Present information specific to the clientele the employees serve. This can include the needs of specific clientele, types of biases that employees often demonstrate toward specific groups, training gaps related to specific groups, etc. The content will vary depending on the information identified in your presentation context.
An interactive learning activity: Include the title of the activity, the purpose for including the activity, and outline the instructions for conducting the activity. The activity must require participants in your training to interact with each other around the topic of the training. In addition to your script for implementing the activity, your notes section for these slides should list any materials you need for the activity.
Recommended resources: List at least three credible resources for the professionals in your audience to refer to for more information about your training topic. In the speaker notes, be sure to include why the resources are being recommended and how the participants can use them.
Summary: Summarize at least three important conclusions or takeaways from the training that participants would benefit from implementing in their work settings.
Questions and answers: Create three questions participants engaged in your training might ask you and provide the answers. Provide both the questions and brief answers on the slides. In the notes section of the slides, provide additional elaboration and scholarly citations to support your answers.
