These are mainly the ones that enhance in promoting or even sell products, and they also do research on a particular product that they want to sell a try they get to try all ways and means possible to find customers for them. This is to say that there are some effective ways in which a person can easily develop and even be able to communicate about his or her business. The same case we see in the story of a master and his three servants. In the book of Mathew 25:14-30, he had his three servants, and he entrusted them with money. The first, he gave him the five. The second one was given two, and the last one is three. He divided all these according to their abilities. This story also represents the kingdom of heaven to us as Christians. It is encouraging us on the importance of investment. After the journey, the master came back and found out that the first two had developed, but the last one went and hid his portion, and the master was not happy with him. Most probably, these first two people used their portions well. They went, did research on what they could do with whatever they were given, and from that particular point, they were able to develop. This is to say that research and development are very important because of the levels it can take one. The first two were rewarded for more to illustrate how much they developed.

One of these online platforms used in advertising includes Instagram. There is Facebook, LinkedIn, Google, and many other sites. This, in turn, has become a challenge since people have started misusing those only e platforms. Instead of using them in developing themselves and the economy of the country at large, they are now using them in socializing and posting things that are not pleasing to the rest of the people that they will want to see. This is demoralizing to many citizens, making some of the people entirely from such sites. This, in turn, has caused a great loss. It has become an effective major form of communication since people are now not able to fully communicate on the same concerning business.
Some of the people’s businesses are going down since there has been impossibility for effective communication. But instead, most people are now focusing on research and development since they do not just market their goods; instead, they want their goods to market themselves.

Through wisdom, we get to have a deeper understanding of all that we are looking for. It is therefore important to focus and strive for the betterment of business and company at large. This is what most people are striving to achieve in life and even in their workplace. It can be a company or an organization.
Strategies used to Bose leadership when it comes to communication.
There are some of the strategies that should be set aside when it communication since it is very key. Without effective communication, A lot of messes can easily be made from the story of a master in the same book as Mathew. We see how the servant spoke badly of the master, how he accuses him of being a greedy master who wants to reap where he didn’t plant. This was too rude of him. The reason being the master was able to know his weakness and laziness, and this didn’t make him happy, and in the long run, we see him taking away whatever he gave to him and giving to the first one who had five. This indeed gives some of the explanation on how some of the people tend to grow and others perish to the extent of closing down their business-like in this Biblical story of the parable of the three servants.
