Task Description:
Reflection and Analysis:
Reflect on personal thoughts and preconceived notions about mental illness before and after studying Abnormal Psychology. Identify the most surprising aspect learned about mental health or stigma during the course.
Understanding Stigma in Other Contexts:
Explore other social issues or health conditions affected by stigma. Review how societal views have changed over time and analyze the factors contributing to these shifts in social norms.
Letter Writing Exercise:
Compose a reflective letter to yourself using a template format. Address the three points: personal reflections on mental illness and stigma, the most surprising aspect learned, and insights on other stigmatized issues. Ensure the letter is at least 3 paragraphs long.
Submission:
Submit the completed letter.

Reflect on personal experiences and learnings from the Abnormal Psychology course.
Use the letter template provided to structure your thoughts and insights coherently. (you can use any letter template out there, but there is one attached if needed)
