The problem statement
Two to three sentences describing the background or context of the problem and why it is important
A section titled “What Does the Research Say?”
Two to three sentences describing your evaluation and research results

Provide feedback to your peer, including at least two affirming and two constructive comments about the infographic. Consider the following to guide your response:

Problem Statement:
The issue at hand is a lack of workers in the Navy’s LCS community, which forces sailors to put in long hours and struggle to strike a balance between work and family life. Morale has suffered as a result, which may influence the mission’s success. There hasn’t been any accurate answer or help to address this issue, despite repeated demands for more staff (Martin, 2023).
