Reaction Papers:
This short paper is intended to assist the student to critically examine women’s health issues/needs.
The papers will be student responses to a question or questions that are prepared by the instructor and
are related to course readings or lectures. The papers are not research papers or policy analyses per
se, and thus do not require extensive library research. However, they are not memoirs, either. They
should be written in the third person and provide a scholarly response to the questions posed.

Analysis of Health Disparities in Women
Identify one specific health disparity among women.
What key changes need to occur to reduce/eliminate health disparities via access to
health care or other strategies?
Use the database below to produce at least two charts or map related to your selected health disparity. The chart or map you created should display where that disparitiy is happening. (Please the charts/map should be as detailed as possible, what trends do you see, over the course of how long, compare it to back in the days in the 2000s to now 2020s.) Include a timeline if possible.
