To truly understand the many facets of an educational system, it is important to do a leadership and stakeholder analysis of the system to gather key information and determine those involved. A stakeholder analysis will support all involved in the system by assessing interests, positions, alliances, and knowledge of the different stakeholders. As you progress through this course, you will analyze a chosen educational system, identify areas of need, and propose a change. Part of proposing change is identifying the important leaders and stakeholders.
Directions:
For this assignment, you will choose an educational system and conduct a stakeholder analysis. Examples of educational systems include any instructional organization at the state, district, community, corporate, or government level. You can choose your current organization, or perhaps an organization you are interested in working for. For this assignment, use the Stakeholder Analysis Template to complete the stakeholder analysis chart and answer the questions provided.
