Instructions:
Complete the learning activities for this module.
- Create an outline (include title page and references) of your nursing career and identify how you have implemented appreciative leadership components in your career and life during this course.
- These should be bullet points and not a narrative.
- This is an outline and implementation DRAFT. As part of this outline and draft, include the following:
- Identify at least three but no more than five ways you have led your career and life.
- Analyze if these were strategy-driven leadership collectives or experimentally-driven leadership collectives.
- Discuss how each experience was more management or leadership.
- Refer to pp. 207-213 in the Appreciative Leadership text that outlines inquiry, illumination, inclusion, inspiration, and integrity. Briefly describe and give an example you use or could use in current practice.
This outline should address the four points above.
Include at least one reference in addition to your text.
Expectations include proper APA citations, correct grammar and spelling, and professional submissions.
Each citation and reference should use APA 7th edition.
