Instructions:
Review the learning activities for this module. Complete the Integrative Health and Wellness Assessment in Chapter 11 of your textbook (pgs. 202-206).
- Create a minimum of two-page paper that includes the following:
Identify the area where you have a low score and a high readiness to change. Reflect on why this is your most significant area of concern. Develop a plan for working on the item in number one by setting at least two SMART goals (specific, measurable, attainable, realistic, and timely). - Summarize at least two areas you have identified where you want to make personal improvements. Include one additional SMART goal.
- Review the literature and summarize a scholarly journal that supports your goal and intervention. (This allows you to document using APA format and demonstrate proficiency in this skill.)
- Discuss the value of self-reflection in this self-assessment and self-care process.
- Discuss the impact of mindful movement and mindful eating in your self-reflection.
Complete and submit the assignment by 23:59 EST Friday.
Each citation and reference should use APA 7th edition. Typically, in APA format, students should avoid using first-person speech, but since this is a self-reflection, it is acceptable for this paper.
