PURPOSE: The purpose of this scholarly writing activity is to provide students with an opportunity to fully evaluate a client case from the clinical setting where a full assessment intake was completed.
DIRECTIONS: Students will submit a 3–5-page paper about a patient encounter from the clinical setting. See attached instructions and rubric:
This assignment will be held to all rules set forth in the APA 7th edition manual, including Title Page, levels of headings, page numbering, font, margins, and spacing; proper formatting for in-text citations (paraphrased and/or directly quoted); proper formatting on the Reference Page; and proper formatting of all tables, charts, templates, or graphs.
