Some of those reasons are connected to health data factors (i.e., diabetes rates, infant mortality, etc.) and other factors associated with race, social, economic, and cultural factors. However, the burden of finding a diverse workforce that matches the race and ethnic diversity of the population served becomes more and more challenging. As a future manager in healthcare, finding innovative ways to bridge the gap of understanding all culture is imperative.
