(Research Paper Topic: The effectiveness of the types of treatments for Veterans with PTSD). Research intentions: To gain knowledge of the different types of methods used to treat Veterans with PTSD. To analyze the results of each research study, to include all comments and opinions of veterans who participated in the studies. To determine the side effects (if any), and the overall outcome of each treatment method.
Purpose of my research: To determine which method is the most effective in treating Veterans with PTSD. The treatment methods reviewed in my research paper includes the following: medications, theory (cognitive behavior, exposure, animal, and wilderness therapy), and counseling (individual and group).

A better understanding of the different treatment methods. To find out which method of treatment increase or decrease PTSD symptoms and to what extent. Discover which treatment method is the most effective.
