Project Overview:
The proposed project involves developing an all-in-one app designed to enhance the safety and convenience of day-to-day operations for employees and tenants in commercial real estate. This app aims to streamline various tasks such as electronic key management, rent payments, work orders, and lockouts. It addresses common challenges in office property management by consolidating multiple functionalities into a single, user-friendly platform, ultimately saving time and reducing costs for companies.
A successful literature review
should provide a succinct summary and analysis of literature and research
related to your project. Your discussion should prove you understand the
literature surrounding your topic and offer an objective critique of the work.
The literature you choose to examine should serve as a foundation for your topic
and a possible guide to what you plan to accomplish through the proposal.
A Successful Literature Review Will:

chapter.
Use research to illuminate the
major causes and/or effects of the problem the author proposes to solve.
Use research to evaluate the
pros and cons of a range of potential solutions.
Examine similar works or
studies.
Provide a concise conclusion
that reinforces the main points of the Literature Review and transitions
to the Project Plan.
