Focus of the Executive Summary:
Use the project that you have been working with to date in this course to create a presentation to close out the project. You may find the Writing Center’s resource Writing an Executive SummaryLinks to an external site. useful as you prepare for this presentation.
In your presentation,
Describe your project.
Present the cost and schedule performance measurement baseline of your project.
Provide a status report at some timeframe before the substantive change from Week 4.
Describe the change control process, decisions, and changes to your project determined from the substantive change from Week 4.
Present an example of earned value management (EVM) in your project.
Use the notes section to transcribe what would be said when presenting each slide.
