Provide an introduction with a thesis, in italics, and a preview of what you will accomplish in the paper.
Define conflict and how an example that you share from your personal life or the textbook meets the criteria.
Explain three of the five conflict topics that you will cover in the Week 5 final paper selected from the following list:
Listening and conflict management:—Chapters 1, 3, 5 and 7
Power and conflict:—Chapters 2 through 4
Conflict management styles:—Chapters 1, 3, and 9
Culture and conflict:—Chapters 2 through 4
Negotiation skills and resolving conflicts with others:—Chapter 9
Ethics and conflict:—Chapter 5.  Jandt does not cover this topic as fully as you would need for your final paper.  Because of this, it is advised that you conduct additional research if you choose this theme.
Anger and conflict:—Chapter 6
Mediation:—Chapters 4 and 7

Include supporting material in paragraphs and at least one scholarly source per topic.
