Course Objective for Assignment: Assess the roles of various healthcare stakeholders to ensure that health care programs meet the needs of the recipients and comply with regulatory and payor requirements.
Assignment Scenario:
During your weekly one-on-one meeting, your supervising manager was very complimentary about your overall performance and the proposed solutions on the issues that you previously identified, over the last few weeks. Your manager also discussed some of the various ways that stakeholders, internal and external, can be affected by the organization’s managerial points (issues). Based on the topics discussed during this meeting, and your high-quality work, you have been asked to conduct a stakeholder analysis, acting as the project manager for the organization.
Assignment Instructions. Stakeholder Analysis:
Submit the Stakeholder Analysis Report: Due Tuesday by 11:59 pm EST.
Complete each section of the Report template.
Apply the stakeholder definitions to your selected role as the project manager (See Report template).
Follow APA 7th Edition for the References and In-Text Citations:
Minimum of four (4) scholarly references with correlating in-text citations.
One (1) source must be the assigned case study.
One (1) source must be from the course content.
Supporting references must be scholarly, peer-reviewed and/or credible sources from the last five years, unless the sources are seminal works and/or fall under laws, rules, and/or regulations.
Sufficiently support your information with evidence.
