Please complete a two-page
letter requesting a pay increase. Below is my current job description, as well
as additional duties that I complete daily outside of my job description.
I have been working with
ABA Centers Of Florida for over 3 years. I started out as a Registered Behavior
Technician and quickly adapted to the company’s culture and expectations. My
client was a nonverbal 3-year-old with several maladaptive behaviors. I spent 9
months on that case, meeting her expected treatment plan hours and more. At the
end of those months, she mastered 80 percent of her skills and was speaking in
full sentences. I built a strong rapport and trust with the family, which led
to my promotion to Lead RBT.
As
a lead RBT, I fulfilled the roles of Lead RBT, RBT manager, and DOO alongside
my ED; at the time, we had 9 clients, and we have grown to 49 current clients.
I maintained contact with all our caregivers, establishing excellent rapport,
assigning competent RBTs to the suitable cases, and attending IEP meetings to
ensure client services in school. I developed strong relationships with all
four school districts within the Treasure Coast, ensuring our clients never
faced service denials in school.
I
am an innovator and have introduced new ways to expand services to my ED, such
as group caregiver training. This initiative led the company to request a group
code, increasing the clinic’s revenue. Moreover, this model has been adopted
throughout the company. I have also led multiple clinic events that provide
family support, such as Parents’ date night, which also helps us with completed
service hours.
The
company’s standard metric for weekly census stands at 80%. I have worked
tirelessly to exceed this expectation, consistently achieving over 90%
throughout the January to June quarter. Our center was trending at the high 80%
in the previous year. I have made the list of High-High for three consecutive
years. I was also present when Michael Holzem shared the first structure and
tears to qualify for a high-high.
As
Port St Lucie Director of Operation, I earn 78k a year. I have exceeded my job description,
and I am requesting that I be compensated in Florida the average DOO starting
salary is 90K. I surpass and function outside of job description from the clinic’s
overall success. My work week is Monday- Sunday as I make myself available to
parents seven days a week to address concerns about our issues,
So, I am requesting a 28.2% salary increase.
I
truly invested in this company’s growth and progress and want to be a part of
it for the long run, continue to bring ideas and out-of-the-box thinking to the
table, and continue to function at 200%.
