He is allergic to Valtrex ( Valaciclovir ) and diagnosed with Lupus nephritis.

With no pain as patient states.
*Notes about patient;
1- 22 years old male with lupus nephritis, kidney biopsy, pulmonary edema , swelling, high creatinine, management of lupus nephritis and nephrotic syndrome.
*Plan?
1- ongoing home folic acid, Mycophenolic 1g twice daily.
2- continues prednisone 60 mg daily.
3- nephrology following.
4- Solu-medrol 125mg daily
*Leukocytosis history ?
1-Blood cultures was negative.
2- AKI – low creatinine, discontinue albumin, monitor kidney function.
Patient has?
Allergy rhinitis
Hypersensitive and continues labetalol 100 mg and amlodiphine.
* he has high K+ and patient in on low potassium diet.
* enlarge lymph node large R groin lymph node.
* diet with fluid restriction with 1500 ml and low sodium.
